Meet the Team

  • Teresa Gonzalez

    CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER

    Teresa brings her expertise on stakeholder and community engagement to nonprofit, real estate and corporate clients. As a co-founder of DalyGonzalez, an M/WBE boutique lobbying firm, she has helped public and private institutions build and increase capacity, establish meaningful partnerships and navigate complex government and community issues.

    Teresa has an extensive background in government and public relations in New York City, including serving as Communications Director and Chief of Staff at the Mayor’s Community Affairs Unit (CAU), and as Deputy Press Secretary at the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs during the Bloomberg administration. She has held several leadership positions at cultural institutions throughout her career including at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, the Brooklyn Arts Council and Brooklyn Bridge Park in New York, and at the Museum for Contemporary Crafts in Portland, Oregon.

    She received her bachelor’s degree in English/Professional Writing from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania and received a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Milano – The New School. She sits on the boards of The New Majority NYC, The New York Women’s Foundation, the New York Immigration Coalition, NYIC Action, the ABNY Foundation and Brooklyn Academy of Music. She resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where she was born and raised.

  • Prisca Salazar-Rodriguez

    CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER

    Prisca has nearly 30 years of experience as a leader in government and on behalf of companies and organizations across New York and nationally. She was the Director of the New York office of Hilltop Public Solutions, a national full-service public affairs firm with offices across the United States. Previously, Prisca served as the Director of Executive Operations and Scheduling for the Mayor of the City of New York. She began her career in government and politics in the Office of the Bronx Borough President where she served 3 borough presidents during her 22-year tenure in the office. Prisca worked her way up from a summer intern to Deputy Chief of Staff to Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. Prisca also served as the Director of Operations and Scheduling at Empire State Development Corporation under then Chairman Pat Foye.

    Prisca worked on several national and local political campaigns from First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign for United States Senate to recently Ray McGuire’s campaign for New York City Mayor.

    She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Odyssey House and the Board of Trustees of the Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball Charter School. Prisca is also on the Board of Directors of SoBro, the leading economic development non-profit in the South Bronx.

    Prisca is a native New Yorker, born in the Bronx, the borough where she currently resides with her husband, Jose Rodriquez, and sons Javier and Jose Andres.
